26 Apr 2026A beach cleanup was conducted at the Koneshapuri coastal stretch in partnership with students from the Faculty of Communications and Business Studies (FCBS), Eastern University of Sri Lanka (EUSL), and the Negombo Recycling Club.
The team successfully cleared 25 kg of plastics and 30 kg of debris from Koneshwapuri Beach, contributing to ongoing efforts to protect this coastal area from plastic pollution.
